Outline for Leadership Development Plan

One way to develop leaders within your organization is to create individual Leadership
Development Plans for your emerging leaders. Use the sample development plan
provided in the Learning Activity entitled Developing a Leadership Development Plan
as a guide for completing this formative assessment.

Using the information from Formative 1 in which you identified an area of leadership
development to focus on, create an outline for a leadership development plan. You will
expand on this information in the summative assessment for this competency.

Generate an outline for your specific leadership development plan or for someone else
in a similar position. In this outline, you will:

● Identify the adult learning theories that will be utilized in the plan
● Describe how organizational culture plays a role
